This site is a statically generated website. It is authored offline and deployed flat. As a result, the site does not collect, store, or process personal information about its visitors.
The sections below describe the limited technical processing that occurs at the hosting layer, and the third parties involved.
Information not collected
This site does not use:
- analytics or measurement services of any kind
- cookies, local storage, or similar client-side identifiers set by this site
- tracking pixels, beacons, or fingerprinting
- advertising or remarketing networks
- user accounts, registration, or mailing lists
No personal data is sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and technical processing
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. In the course of serving a request, Cloudflare’s network processes standard connection metadata, including the visitor’s IP address, user agent string, requested resource, and timestamp. This processing is necessary for content delivery and for protecting the site against denial-of-service attacks and automated abuse.
I do not have access to per-request logs and do not retain, aggregate, or analyze this data. Cloudflare processes it as a hosting provider under its own terms; refer to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare’s security layer may set cookies of its own. These are set by Cloudflare rather than by this site, are not used for cross-site tracking, and are not accessible to me
Third-party assets and embedded content
Some pages may load static assets (web fonts, stylesheets, scripts, or images) from third-party content delivery networks. Where this occurs, the visitor’s browser makes a direct request to that provider, which necessarily discloses the visitor’s IP address and user agent to it. No identifying information beyond that connection metadata is transmitted, and the request is not used by this site for measurement or tracking.
Any such provider processes that data under its own privacy policy. Where practical, assets are served from this site’s own domain instead.
Pages on this site may also include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
External links
This site links to third-party destinations, including project repositories and deployments, references cited in written content, and contact profiles hosted on other platforms. These are conventional hyperlinks and involve no data transfer prior to the visitor choosing to follow them.
Third-party sites are governed by their own privacy practices, over which I have no control.
Correspondence
Email sent to the address above is received and retained in my mailbox, and is used solely to respond to the sender. Mail is handled by Fastmail under its own privacy policy. Correspondence is deleted on request.
Messages sent through linked third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ policies.
